Buttercream Cakes - Buttercream is a soft, smooth and creamy icing, and the one you probably know best. Daddy Cakes butter cream is made from butter and real vanilla. No shortening here! It can be piped into almost endless designs and flowers. It can be tinted to almost any color to match your color scheme. Prices start at $3.00 per serving. Price includes color matching, theme incorporation, decorative piping, ribbons, buttercream flowers, and bows.
Fondant Cakes - Fondant gives cakes a smooth, flawless matte finish, making it a great base for further decorations - silk ribbons, beading and intricate piping designs. It can be folded, pleated or draped, and used for ribbons, flowers and other decoration. They tend to be more expensive than their butter cream cousins but if it is the look you want you won't be happy with anything else. Prices start at $4 per serving.
Premium Cupcakes - Start by choosing from our selection of over 25 cupcake flavors and we will give them a look that is all their own. We recommend choosing 3-4 flavors you love then let us coordinate with your reception. Styles include variations on a color, elements from your theme: contemporary, romantic or traditional.
Custom Cupcakes - Take any of our everyday flavors and give them a color change to match your theme.

groom's cakes
Today the Groom's cake really serves as a way for the Groom to have his own special part of the reception or rehearsal dinner.
In general, the Groom's cake is often a chocolate cake but may be the groom's favorite flavor. If he just loves carrot cake, make it carrot cake. If he just loves cupcakes more than regular cake, make it cupcakes! There is no limit to the design and there is nothing really traditional about it.
Who Orders?
The Bride usually orders the Groom's cake from the same baker who is providing the wedding cake.
When Do We Display the Cake?
Some couples choose to serve the Groom's cake at the Rehearsal Dinner as a dessert because it is often a "less serious" cake than the wedding cake. Other couples choose to display both the wedding cake and the Groom's cake at the wedding, allowing the Groom's cake to serve as another dessert option.
